★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍でショールームなども予約制でなかなか思うように話が進められない中、こまめに連絡を取って下さるのでこちらの要望を伝えやすかったです。リフォーム開始してからも進捗状況に応じて現場で話し合い調整の時間をこまめに取ってもらえたので実際のイメージにかなり忠実に施工してもらえました。完成後の不具合にも迅速に親身に対応してくださり住んでからも頼りになる存在です。
担当の深◯さんはお人柄も柔和で話の理解も早く大変助かりました。今後も何かあれば相談させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。
