★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーナーシェフの手にかかると、こうも見事に際立つのかと思う。つくりたいものが食する側をも存分に満たしてくれる、懐の深さに驚く。アムコリスとは、シロクマの逆読みというこれまた謎めいた屋号をつけたオーナーシェフへの興味は尽きない。ひとりシェフだからできることと、できないことを存分に味わい満喫できる最高のお店ではないだろうか。
I think it will stand out so beautifully when placed in the hands of the owner chef. I'm surprised at the depth of my pocket, which fully fills the side that eats what I want to make. Ammoris is completely interested in the owner chef who put a mysterious name, which is a polar bear's reverse reading. It's probably the best restaurant that you can fully enjoy what you can and can not do because you are a single chef.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このお値段でこのお味は素晴らしいと思います(^O^)何度もお世話になってます。お昼は1300円で品数たっぷりのランチコース、夜は一皿数百円(!)のアラカルトが中心です。キューブ型の前菜は最近作られてないそうですが、どのお料理も美味しいです！最近は人参とミントのスープが最高でした！
2021.03.20 追記
ランチはなくなり、ディナーのみになっていました。メニューは仕入れとマスターのセンスで日々変わるため「○○円くらいで」と相談するとそんな感じで料理を出していただけます。ゆるいです笑。
お味は変わらず美味しく、盛り付けが美しく、伺うのが楽しみなお店です^^！
マスターが大変自由にやられていて居心地がいいです。
I think this taste is wonderful at this price (^ O ^) I have been indebted many times. Lunch course is 1300 yen for lunch and plenty of items, and a la carte for several hundred yen (!) For one plate at night. Cube-shaped appetizers haven't been made recently, but every dish is delicious! The carrot and mint soup was the best these days!
2021.03.20 Addendum
Lunch was gone and only dinner was available. The menu changes daily depending on the purchase and the master's sense, so if you consult with "about XX yen", you can serve dishes like that. It's loose lol.
The taste is still delicious, the presentation is beautiful, and I'm looking forward to visiting ^^!
The master is very free and comfortable.
