★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very busy café, but their coffee is how you would expect it to be. The staff are very nice and helpful. I wouldn't count on a seat though, but it's great for a coffee to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As good and nice as Starbucks always been. Great selection of coffee and pastries and snacks. Staff is helpful and understand english. Service is also quick and efficient. Wi fi works really well and music and ambience is also nice. Great place to take a coffee break and enjoy relaxing time from the busy streets.

The place is small and gets really cold during the winter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice views, the coffee and foos is delicious as always and the staff is wonderful. Sometimes, it's hard to find a place to sit down but come here at a right time and the atmosphere is great. Toilets were so-so. Still pretty nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are lovely, very welcoming as are all Japanese people. The store is clean but cramped (as many places in Tokyo are) and it can get very busy at particular times, so there may not be seating space.
There are some benches set aside with free power points !! :)
My order was given to me wrong a few times, but the staff always remade it when I pointed it out, and is most likely just the language barrier getting in the way.

Convenient for Tokyo station.
It’s off to one side so you almost need to know it’s there to find it, but if you head for the Nihombashi exit you will find it.
The seats are close together and it’s got a very small serving area but I’ve never had to wait very long
