★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチ行ってパスタランチを注文。座れたが、前菜出てくるまで20分以上、店員はウロウロしてるのに客を見てないので呼んでも気づかないし、呼び止めてちょっとまってくれと言われて全然来ない。パスタ出てくるまで更に30分以上。料理まだですか?
と聞いたら、いま丁度通路を移動してるところですと言われ小馬鹿にされた感じ。数分後、通路を移動してた料理が到着。あまりに遅いので、お昼休みの時間もあるしデザートと飲物も断って帰りました。
なんの謝罪もなく普通に料金取られました。もう無いわ。味的にも隣のロイホにすれば良かった。
 I went to lunch and ordered a pasta lunch. When I heard that, I was told that I was just moving down the aisle, and I felt like I was made a fool of myself. A few minutes later, the food that was moving down the aisle arrived. It was so late that I had lunch break and refused desserts and drinks.
I was charged normally without any apology. I don't have it anymore. In terms of taste, it should have been the next Royal Host.

コロナ対策きちんとされてるお店です。
予約してきた方がいいみたいです。
お料理美味しかったです。
ランチのフォッカチャお代わりできて、coffee、デザートついて1500円はお得な感じ☺️

The food was delicious.

レストラン自体がフロアが2つにわかれていて、上の階の奥のスペースを案内して頂きました。
空間も広くて、安心してランチが楽しめました。
かながわpayが使えます。
I booked a Novello lunch course in Tabelog.
The restaurant itself is divided into two floors, and I was guided to the space at the back of the upper floor.
The space was large and I could enjoy lunch with peace of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子連れだったので個室をお願いしたところ快く対応いただけました。またキッズチェアも用意いただけました。コースを頼みましたがどれもおいしかったです。私たちの食べるペースも遅かったのですが、忙しかったようでコース料理の出てくるペースが遅く、子供が待ちきれずにぐずったのでデザートまでたどり着けず残念でした。また行って今度はデザートまでたどり着きたいです。
I was traveling with children, so when I asked for a private room, I was happy to respond. We also have a kids chair. I ordered the courses, but they were all delicious. Our eating pace was slow, but it was a pity that we couldn't reach the dessert because the course meals seemed to be busy and the pace of the course meals was slow and the children couldn't wait. お料理は食べやすくおいしいです。
問題なのはアルバイトのようなウエイター。
カトラリー並べる順番も間違えているし、料理を提供する向きも間違えいる、さらに料理の説明もよくわからない。お料理が美味しいのになんだこの提供は？と思わせるところがもったいない。
お料理は美味しかったけれど、また次に行った時にあの雑な対応の店員がいたら嫌だな、と思ってしまうので隣のロイヤルホストに入ってしまいそうです。お料理は美味しかったんですけどね…こういうお店はサービスも込で料理だと思うので…

店内の雰囲気が非常に良く、数年前と比べると接客のレベルも高くなってきている。
新横浜の隠れスポットで、ホテル利用者の方も利用している様子。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in for a cup of coffee on the way through. Very reasonable for that, and quality is very high! There was a lovely yuzu sherbet and caramel sauce to accompany my cake.
The terrace seats were a bit hot though - the air conditioning was having little effect on the huge inner space!
