居酒屋にありがちな声のでかいいかつい店主はおらず、女性2人で切り盛りしていました。
食事も美味しかったです。

お通しの数を決めるために予約人数を参照しているようなので、1人でも予約してから行くと店の人に優しい。TwitterのDMでも予約可。

テーブルのイスが丸イス？背もたれがないタイプので、座り心地はあまり良くなった。
手作りジンジャーのお酒が美味しかった✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お電話してしばらくしたら席に空きが出るとのことで少し待ってからお店へ。
店内はほんのり明るい照明と落ち着いた内装でとてもあったかい雰囲気でした。
日本酒のメニューが無い...と思ったら別紙で4枚くらい出てきました。日本酒の仕入れが頻繁にあるということなんでしょう。
まず手始めに日本酒3種飲み比べセットを、店主さんおすすめ(辛口じゃないやつ)で注文。とても美味しかったので、もう一度飲み比べセットをおすすめ(特徴的なやつ)で注文。特に2回目の注文の真ん中のお酒が気に入ったので早速探しに行こうと思っています。
料理は結構たくさん頼みましたが、どれも筆舌に尽くし難いほど、調和の取れた美味しい品々でした。一番良かったのが、ホタルイカの醤油漬けです。あと一個、あと一個...と手が伸びてしまう逸品でした。
正直を言うと、自分だけでこっそり楽しむために他の人に紹介したくないくらい素敵なお店でした。と言っても紹介しますが。近所にお安いお値段でこんなに楽しめる居酒屋があるなんて、これからのつくばライフがより彩られるなあと感じました。
次はどんなお酒を頼もうかな〜。

To be honest, it was such a nice shop that I didn't want to introduce it to others so that I could enjoy it on my own. I will introduce it though. I felt that the future of Tsukuba life would be even more colorful if there was an izakaya in the neighborhood that you could enjoy at such a low price.
