★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前御徒町に住んでいた頃よく利用させて頂いた。適切にお直しに関する案内をしてくれるし、質問にも丁寧に答えてくれる。結構世話になりましたが改装後リニューアルオープンとのこと。(2018年12月現在)またきっと利用させて頂くと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真っ白なワンピース(麻)をグレーへ染め直しの依頼をしましたが、仕上がったものはグレーとは言えないくすんだネイビー。受付で見た色見本とあまりに違って驚きました。持ち込み時の説明で、染めムラに関しては責任を持たない旨を説明されたことから、色味に関しても責任を持たないのだろうな、と諦めました。ちなみに染めムラはなかったです。他のカラーや素材の場合はどうか分かりませんが、染まれば何色でもいいや、くらいの気持ちで依頼する方がいいかもしれません。自分は二度と利用しませんけど(笑)

だが、とにかく無愛想で不機嫌そうな店員の客あしらいが最低。昔はもうすこしマトモな人がいたのだが、採用基準が変わったのかな。というのも、採寸が必要なアイテムを携えて向かった上野店の店員もまた最悪だったから。
常に不愉快な思いをさせられるこのチェーンは、もう2度と利用しない。
近隣の住民は、神田郵便局から少々小川町方向に歩いたところの雑居ビル、エレベーターなし4階にある「日東ソーイング」のご利用を強くお勧めする。プライスも技術も、そちらのほうが上。

かなり細かい要望にも対応して下さいますし、
こちらが思い付かなかったけど、
「そうしたい」提案をして下さいますし、
想定・予測の出来るプロの方だなと実感しました。
とても信用できる良いお店です。
また何か衣類やバッグ関係で困った事があったら、
私が真っ先に思い浮かぶのはこちらのお店です。
その後の話ですがかなり役立ってます。
2000キロメートル以上走りましたが様々な場面で使いました。
パニアバッグを本格的に使うのは春夏秋ですが、
冬でも小物入れたり出来るので
自分の思っていた以上の成果が出ています。

閉店時間30分ほど前、縫製作業されている時に声をかけたわたしも悪かったのかもしれませんが…。
事前にこちらで下処理しなければならず、大体◯cm裾上げなどのオーダーも出来ないのは不便だなと思いました。他のリフォーム店の方が便利だと思います。
