★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 熊本で創業した老舗精肉店の３代目が切り盛りする肉料理専門店。横浜市営地下鉄センター南駅から程近い閑静な住宅街にひっそりと店を構える。かなり、細かい道を曲がりくねりながらなので、ちょっとわかりにくいかも知れません。熊本のブランド牛「阿蘇王」のもも肉を丼からはみ出るほど豪快に載せた一品。力強い濃厚な肉のうま味が口いっぱいに広がり、甘辛いたれと卵を絡めて“すき焼き風”にしたり、ゆずこしょうを付けてさっぱりと味わうこともできる。上品な馬肉の甘みとやわらかい食感が特徴の「炙（あぶ）り馬刺し丼」（同）にもファンが多い。丼や加工品のテークアウトのほか、精肉の販売も対応。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅中にあるアットホームなお店。4人掛けテーブルが3つだけなので予約が無難。肉品質良く牛豚鳥と揃っている。味付けは控えめで岩塩やソース等をお好みで。価格は相応に高めと思うが質に対してはリーズナブルと思う。クレジットカードや電子マネー対応。
A homey shop in a house. As there are only four tables for four people, reservations are safe. Meat quality is well aligned with beef and pig birds. The seasoning is modest and you like rock salt and sauce. I think the price is reasonably high, but I think it is reasonable for quality. Credit card and electronic money correspondence.

多分、旨かったと思うんですが、「旨い！」という感動みたいのはなかったです
季節がらのせいもあり、正直店内は寒かった（お肉屋さんもかねてるなら、しょうがないですけどね）

Honestly, it was cold inside the store, partly because of the seasons (if you're also a butcher, you can't help it).

お肉がメインのお店です。ここでは熊本産あか牛や宮崎産の黒毛和牛サーロインなどがあります。
今回はランチで利用しましたが、手頃な値段であか牛丼や馬刺し丼を注文することが出来るので嬉しいですね。
店内にはテラス席もある為、コロナが心配な時でも安心して食べることが出来ます。

Meat is the main shop. Here you can find red beef from Kumamoto and Japanese black beef sirloin from Miyazaki.
I used it for lunch this time, but I'm glad that I can order beef bowl and horse sashimi bowl at a reasonable price.
There are terrace seats inside the store, so you can eat with confidence even when you are worried about corona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて伺い、馬刺し丼をいただきました。炙りと刺身のハーフ＆ハーフにしてみましたが大正解。それぞれの良さを味わうことができました。店舗に駐車場はありませんが近隣にコインパーキングがいくつかありました。田園風景の広がるのどかなところでした。
I visited for the first time and had a horse sashimi bowl. I tried to make half and half of roasted and sashimi, but it was a great answer. I was able to taste the goodness of each. There is no parking lot in the store, but there were some coin parking lots nearby. It was a peaceful place with a vast rural landscape.
