引っ越しで急いでいたため、この会社の公式サイトからダンボールの発注を行いましたが、注文確認のメールの後、注文を承ったとのメールがあり、届くのを心待ちにしていましたが、２週間経っても結局商品が届くことはありませんでした。
商品が届かないのに請求されては困ると思い、「注文番号の商品は結局どうなったのでしょうか」という疑問を公式サイトから問い合わせ確認を行ったところ画像のような返信がありました。
当方の電話番号、メールアドレスもあるのに発注意思の確認もなしに、一方的に発注を止められていたようです。
アパートの明け渡し期日も迫っていたため、新たなダンボールを発注する時間もなく、結局スーパーやドラッグストアの空きダンボールをかき集めてどうにか引っ越しに間に合わせました。
回答した担当者の氏名もなく、このような業者、担当者がいるとは驚きでした。

There was no name of the person in charge who responded, and I was surprised that there was such a trader and person in charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引っ越し用に段ボールを購入しましたが送料が変わったやらで注文時の値段より高い金額を請求されました。ご了承いただければ発送すると上から目線。その件で発送を止められていたため、指定日に届かず、引っ越しのスケジュールが狂いました。注文時に電話番号登録してるのに電話での連絡もなし。段ボールの購入を考えているなら別の会社をおすすめします。
