子供連れが多く飛び出し防止のためか店内からの自動扉は解錠スイッチが背の高い位置にあります。一瞬戸惑う可能性もあると思います。

日曜日に行きました。 この時期に行った方にも責任があると思うのですが、すごい密でした。スタジオが2つに対して、待っている家族が常時4グループほど。オープンスペースで、ソファーは隣接しているし遮るものはなし。会話を控えるようなアナウンスもなく、みんなよくしゃべっています。 アルコールとマスクの基本対応はありますが、スタッフさんは忙し過ぎる感じで、マスクがずれて鼻が出ている方が2人ほど。しかも感染予防効果の少ない布マスクをしているスタッフさんも。客は写真を取るときはマスクを外しますし、マスクをしていないときに質問をされると答えて会話することになるので、感染が心配になってしまいました。 こどもが多くてバタバタした状態ですから、トイレもスリッパがあったり消えたりで、衛生面も管理しきれてないのではと思いました。 ドアノブなど共用部の消毒をしているところは見かけませんでした。 コロナ禍には、時間内に予約を取れる組数をもっと減らすべきだと思います。待たされないならわかりますが、1時間など待たされるということは、予約の入れすぎです。 土日は避けたほうが安全と思います。 コロナ禍なので色々と怖く感じましたが、写真スタジオとしては何も問題ないと思います。

Moreover, some staff members wear cloth masks that have little effect on preventing infection. Customers are worried about infection because they take off their masks when taking pictures, and when they are not wearing masks, they answer questions and have conversations. Since there are many children and they are in a fluttering state, I thought that the toilet had slippers on and off, and hygiene could not be managed. I didn't see any disinfectants in common areas such as doorknobs. For Corona, I think we should reduce the number of groups that can make reservations in time. If you don't have to wait, you'll know, but having to wait for an hour is an over-booking. I think it is safer to avoid Saturdays and Sundays. I felt a lot scared because it was a corona, but I don't think there is any problem for a photo studio.

2スタジオある中型店舗。 スタッフの対応は丁寧で、多めのスタッフで手厚くサポートしてもらえる優良店。 車で来店する際は、大通りに面しており右折しにくいため、左折方向から進入することをオススメします。また、練馬方向から環八で向かう場合、側道から行くと来店しやすいです。

When arriving by car, it is recommended to enter from the left turn direction as it faces the main street and it is difficult to turn right. Also, if you are heading from Nerima by Kanpachi, it is easier to come to the store if you go from the side road.

着物の着付けなど、所々雑さがあった。平店員にアルバムを素手で適当に扱われたり、写真選びのときも一切気の利いた提案はなかった。店員に当たり外れが多い。

That is not professional at all. I don't like this branch at all! Indo not recommend it. If it wasn't for the kind photographer, I would have given less. We paid so much for the photos but the way they treated us wasn't value for money !!

対応自体は申し分ないのですが、従業員の商品に対する知識が不足しています。 写真の撮影料は安価で、写真プリント商品を購入させることで利益を生むシステムだと思いますが、それが複雑過ぎて、従業員の理解が追いついていないようです。また、パソコン上での写真取り扱い(JPEGの基礎や写真加工など)についての知識が不足しています。 お節介ですが、もっと社員教育を頑張らないと、会社として難しくなると思いますよ。それともこの杉並店だけに限ったことなのでしょうか? 顧客側が御社のシステムを理解しなくとも、スムーズに買い物できるようなUXを作ってください。

お宮参りの撮影をお願いしました。その際、黒髪ショートカットでメガネをかけている40~50代くらいの女性スタッフに『まだ新生児用のオムツ使ってるの?笑』『抱き方がぎこちなくて赤ちゃん落としそう』と言われ、とても不愉快な気持ちになりました。 撮影中も、首がすわる前の子供の扱いが雑なことに家族みんな驚いていましたし、大丈夫なのかと不安がっていました。 最後の写真選びは別の若い女性スタッフでしたが、やる気がないのかあまり話を聞いていない様子でガッカリ…。 スタッフの育成に力を入れていない印象を受けました。 子供の写真を撮るなら、こちらのお店の近くにある別のスタジオの方がスタッフの対応も良く、オシャレに撮ってくれるので今後はそちらにお世話になろうと思います。
