k	k k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メールの返信がないので電話をしましたが、問い合わせ電話はつながりませんでした。その後も質問に対するメールの返信もなく驚く程がっかりするような誠意のない対応でした。若い男性カメラマンの方の撮影は子ども相手にも関わらず「カメラを見てー」と言ったひねりのない声かけばかりで、子どもの表情はこわばるばかり。子どもの写真なのにカメラ目線を求める写真がほとんどの撮り方だった事は残念でした。加えて、レンタルの着物はシミだらけ。着付けもヨレヨレ。プロの仕事だからとその場では黙っていましたが、その事をとても後悔しています。スタジオの小物なども古く劣化したような雰囲気ですし、コロナ対策の配慮を感じる事は特になく、換気の不十分な狭い部屋の中で不安を感じながらの撮影でした。ホームページに書いてある事やこちらの評価などが高い事にはとても疑問が残ります。娘や家族にとって大切な七五三記念の写真ですが、とても残念な思い出となってしまいました。もう一度他のスタジオで撮り直しをします。 I called because I didn't get a reply to the email, but the inquiry phone didn't connect. I was silent on the spot because it was a professional job, but I regret it very much. The small items in the studio seemed to be old and deteriorated, and I didn't feel any consideration for corona measures, so I was shooting while feeling anxious in a small room with insufficient ventilation. I have a lot of doubts about what is written on the homepage and what is highly evaluated here. This is an important photo of the Shichigosan Memorial for my daughter and family, but it was a very disappointing memory. I will try again in another studio.
