まず、予約した際にサイズについてお話したところ、色々な種類、柄があるので試着して決めましょう。と言われたので向かったもののまさかの2着しか用意されておりませんでした。
店員さんの態度もとても上から目線で高圧的と言いますか……本当に不快です。
2着しか用意されてない上に店員の態度も悪く、10:00に予約したのですが、ものの15分で返されました。
それにパンフレットには「親子で下見に来た場合ブランドコスメor浴衣をプレゼント！」と書いてありましたが選べませんでした。
浴衣しかありませんでしたがどういうことでしょうか？
それに「ブランドコスメor浴衣と書いてありましたよね？」とお伝えした際に「もう此方で決めさせて貰いましたので」と無理矢理浴衣を押し付けられ帰ってきました。
折角の成人式の最初に下見に行った店舗がこんな対応だとは…とても残念で仕方ありません。
私的に、星1つもつけられないです
