ここのハンバーグは大好きです。
適度な粗さ、硬さがあるハンバーグでお肉感がしっかりあります。
近くに有名な行列出来るＡ５のハンバーグのお店もありますが、
それぞれの美味しさだと思います。
アツアツ鉄板でめちゃ油はねるので、提供時のペーパー、手前を持っておさまるのを待ちます。

入り口はTHEステーキハウス的な雰囲気があるので外観としては見つけやすいかと思います。
店内は50〜60席ほどでしょうか、大きなテーブルが並んでいます。
ステーキやハンバーグなどが主なメニューで、ご飯も頼めば大盛りにしてくれます。しっかりした味のお肉なのでご飯がすすみます。
ランチ時に行ったからかもですが、1,000〜1,500円程度でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチ訪問。1500円前後でこの質のステーキは驚き。とても柔らかくて美味しい。ガッツリ煙が出る本格的なアメリカンなステーキなので、服に匂いがつくので注意。それでも行きたくなるコスパだった。
Lunch visit. This quality steak is amazing for around 1500 yen. Very soft and delicious. Be careful as it is a full-fledged American steak that emits a lot of smoke, so your clothes will smell. Still, it was a cospa that made me want to go.

(行けばわかります)
ハンバーグはかなりレアな状態で運ばれてきます。そのままだとほぼ生の様な感じなので、私は両面を鉄板で焼いてからいただきました。
ハンバーグの味は美味しいですが、付け合わせのミックスベジタブルが歴史を感じさせてくれます 笑(残してしまいました)
それと、運ばれて来た時にかなり煙が上がるので、服に匂いが付いてしまいます。気になる方は、お仕事の合間は控えた方が無難だと思います。
サラダは「ドレッシングが大人気」とあり、確かに美味しいですが、もうちょっと控えめにかけてくれるともっとさっぱり美味しくなると思います。
そんな老舗なので従業員さん同士の連携も阿吽の呼吸かと思いきや、大声で喧嘩してました 笑
なので、星3つです。仲良くしてくださいね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カントリーとかウエスタンな雰囲気の広々とした店内。ウェイトレスのおばちゃんの人数が多いので、注文のタイミングからストレスが少ないのが良いです。ハンバーグが美味しく、ランチタイムならそれなりにコスパが良いと思います。
肉質がめちゃくちゃに良いか、と言われると・・・。それを求めるなら川沿いのミート矢澤に行った方が良いかもしれません。お高いですが。

少し入りづらいが、接客もよくスピーディーに提供してもらえるのでランチに良さそう。
コロナ対策で、アクリル板での仕切りも充実していた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内装は古き良き洋食屋といった雰囲気。特選リブロース２５０ｇを頂きました。脂はほどほどで柔らかくて美味しいステーキでした。ステーキを運んでくれた店員さんから、ソースはディップした方が良くて、肉に直接かけない方が良い、という説明がありましたが、このアドバイスはありがたかった。別のステーキ店で濃いソースを熱々の肉にかけて煮詰まってしまった経験があったので。付け合せのミックスベジタブルはとろみのある汁で調理されたものでした。
