6	69 pepm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6時から6時半入店という事で6時過ぎ入店。飲み物を頼んで、その後30分、一品目は出てきませんでした。それならば6時半スタートと予約時に言っていただきたい。ベビーカーごと入店した乳幼児連れの家族の子供が入店直後からずっとぎギャン泣き。食事中ほとんどの時間をギャン泣き。途中その家族のママ友のような女性が出入りし、食事をしているすごそこで立ち話。常連客かと想像しますが、それを許すというここのマナーはどうなってるのかと疑問です。泣き声に関して店主からひと言の謝りもありません。料理が遅すぎる。知り合いの客と話ししてる暇があったら手を動かしてほしい。これほど待たせるのはサービスとして問題では？もう飽き飽きするようなうんざりするような時間のかかり方でした。店のドアを開けた直後からはじまり、今回は乳幼児連れの件も含め、全体にゲストへの心配りが足りないように思います。退店時、支払い金額は提示されませんでした。後ほどネット経由で請求額が送られるからという事でした。飲み物の値段も一切分からない状態です。提示する様、その場でお願いしました。滞在3時間以上のほとんどの時間が料理の待ち時間と会話もままならないほどの子供の泣き声、何を食べたかもほとんど印象に残らずです。カウンターは隣の客との距離は全く取られておらず、椅子がぶつかるような距離、アクリル板もなしでした。 I entered the store after 6 o'clock because I entered the store from 6 o'clock to 6:30. k	kawakami t. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「記憶に残る料理とはまさにコレ」前々から一度は訪れてみたいと思っていた『アラルデ』さんに、念願かなってやっと訪問できました。お店に入るや否やスタッフさんはシェフだけ⁈ 10数人が入れるであろうお店で大丈夫なのかな⁈ なんていらぬ心配をしながら着席。さぁ、そこから最後のお店を出るまで、心配をよそに至福の時間を過ごさせていただきました。初対面で気難しい方なのかなと思っていたシェフの気さくなトーク。料理への拘りと抜群の火入れ。繊細なソースなどすべてが、私の好みにマッチしていて楽しかったです。おススメするより、自分だけが行きたいと思ったお店でした。帰り際に次の予約をさせていただいたのは、言うまでもありません。ご馳走様でした。

J	Jason Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great burgers and Sugiyama-san is a great staff. He helped us out with the order and was very patient when we changed the orders a few times and in the end, also offered to doggy bag our food when we couldn't finish! And as usual, burgers were great!
