★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入して数ヶ月の催涙スプレーが液漏れでお電話したところ、保証期間は１週間で当社では交換・返金の対応はしてないとのこと。自分でバケツに水を張り処分して下さいと他人事の様な対応でした。
困り果てて催涙スプレーの輸入元のラムエンタープライズさんに連絡したところ、交換と液漏れの催涙スプレーを回収してくれるとのこと、輸入元のラムエンタープライズさん、系列会社のアーマージャパンさんでは防犯グッズを販売しており以前に購入した事があったのですが大変良い対応をさせてもらいました。
今までこちらのアキバガレージで防犯グッズなどを数十年、色々とお世話になってきましたが今後ショップの利用する事はないと思います。
