格安のお店なので接客にはあまり期待していなかったのですが、良い意味で期待を裏切られました。大変丁寧に対応して頂いたので機会があればまた利用したいです。

安くて対応も良いので、重宝しています。 ただ、業務委託しているであろう夜間コールセンターがダメダメ。 1回目夜間に電話した時は、翌日折り返すときたものの翌日連絡なしで、こちらからかけ直すとそもそも当方から電話がきたとの記録が残ってないとのこと。 2回目かけた時は、担当者に途中で切られ、かけ直すと担当者がいないので翌々日の対応になりますとのこと。最初に対応した担当者どこ行ってん。 あと、後ろで対応しているコールセンターの方の声が丸聞こえで「〇〇行政書士事務所です。」って対応してて、顧客のプライバシー…と思いました。 今度からはちゃんとお店が空いてる時間にお店に電話しますね。

價格真的蠻便宜的~建議先上他們的網站看看有無自己要的東西~現場展示的不多~去的時候有遇到中文店員~所以非常順利就買到貨了!!

他店より高額な買取価格を提示していても、査定時に文句をつけられて大幅に減額されます。 キャンセルして他店に持ち込んだら問題ないということで通常買取されました。(winkでの検品時に開封されていたためそれによる減額はありましたが。。) また、店頭スタッフも丁寧とは言えない対応です。 秋葉原には他にも買取専門店が沢山ありますが、そちらの方が丁寧で査定も明瞭です。 同様のことが4回の利用で2度おこったため、今後は絶対に利用しないことに決めました。 お気をつけください。

Worst electronics shop in Tokyo. The staff is very rude and unhelpful, they will do all they can to not help with any issues after you buy a product, and to avoid changes or returns. Will never use it again
