祭神：天兒屋根命
創建：貞観元年（862年）創建。仁和3年（887年）説もあり
とのことで、かなり古いようです。
区画整理された住宅地のすぐとなりの外れにあります。
ちびっこ相撲の土俵のような盛り土跡がありました。
