東京大仏の目と鼻の先にあります。 冬の寒い時期は花も枯れてしまってますが、小さいながらも咲いている花が確認でき力強さを感じさせます。 園内は広く緑も多いので、森林浴にも良いですね。
It is just in front of the eyes and nose of Tokyo Daibutsu. The flowers have withered during the cold winter months, but you can see the small but blooming flowers, which makes you feel strong. The park is large and has a lot of greenery, so it's good for forest bathing.

It is a ward botanical garden in Akatsuka, Itabashi-ku. It is a free botanical garden where you can enjoy seasonal vegetation and flowers on the land with height differences that well incorporates the valley topography cut into the Musashino Plateau. I visited in early March. At this time, the flowers haven't bloomed much yet, but the plum blossoms have begun to bloom beautifully. I think it's a place where the impression may change depending on the season you visit. I'm glad that the bamboo grove also has a taste.

It's a 15-20 min hike from Narimasu Station, but this little botanical park somehow packs a whole landscape into a few blocks. Came in early summer and again in late November and loved it both times. There are some other parks nearby to explore, so while it's not a place for visitors pressed for time, Tokyo residents may appreciate the little taste of nature it offers.

Great places to enjoy the nature in the middle of Tokyo's Akatsuka neighborhood. It is well maintained and the staffs are working almost everyday to take care the garden. You can find a mini library and toilet also. It's also a good place to learn about different kinds of trees and plants since they have a great information board on each of the species. I really enjoyed my first visit and definitely will come back regularly to watch the flowers bloom each seasons. This garden also located close to the other interesting spots such as Itabashi Art Museum and Ruins of Akatsuka Castle.

Probably when everything is blooming it looks better... Free entrance. In June it was not very impressive... it needs a lot of work but is still a good place to chill out and relax in the nature. There was also a lovely photo exposition in one of the buildings.

A beautiful and secret little garden in Akatsuka, Itabashi. Lovely in all seasons. You can stroll around in about thirty minutes. Clean toilet facilities and a little library for those who want to learn more about the plants. There is a route you can follow with a pushchair or wheelchair. Lots of benches if you want to sit and eat or read. If you’re filling out the afternoon in the area, it’s very close to Tokyo’s giant Buddha statue, several temples, and many parks and playgrounds. I wish there was a cafe or coffee shop here but maybe it’s good there isn’t one, otherwise I’d be there all the time!
