平	平野善信 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通列車、快速列車が全て停車し列車交換が多く停車時間の長い列車が有る駅。駅裏の方が整備され車での利便性が有るが陸橋を渡らなければならない‼ This is a station where all regular trains and high-speed trains stop and there are many train exchanges and long trains. There is a rear side of the station and it is convenient to drive, but you must cross the overpass.
田	田中正典 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通各駅列車は倉吉市、北栄町を過ぎて(赤碕駅)のある琴浦町に入りました。列車は(赤碕駅)を発車すると大山町を通過し、終点米子駅に到着予定です。北栄町に入った辺りから右側車窓には日本海、左側車窓には蒜山、大山等の山並みが見えてきます。そして由良駅、八橋駅等の宿場町を山陰本線は通過して列車は(赤碕駅)へと快調にすべり込みました。赤碕駅からは赤碕港と湾内が見えています。海岸沿いを山陰本線と並進する国道9号線や山陰自動車道沿いには道の駅があり(日本海を食べにきてごしない)と看板が車窓から見えています。活きの良い鮮魚がリーズナブルな料金で提供されます。 (赤碕駅)はもう一つ、赤碕町民のシンボル的存在の船上山(せんじょうさん)の最寄り駅です。船上山は四季折々の散策の楽しみと共に後醍醐天皇が建武の新政を行う発祥の山として、さらに急峻な屏風岩がそびえ立つ歴史的な山として登山愛好家にも親しまれています。 (赤碕駅)は海と山との玄関口です。 Normally, each station train passed Kurayoshi City and Hokuei Town and entered Kotoura Town where (Akasaki Station) is located. When the train departs (Akasaki Station), it will pass through Daisen Town and will arrive at Yonago Station, the final stop. From around Hokuei Town, you can see the Sea of Japan in the right car window and the mountains such as Hiruzen and Daisen in the left car window. Then, the San-in Main Line passed through post towns such as Yura Station and Yabase Station, and the train slipped smoothly into (Akasaki Station). From Akasaki Station, you can see Akasaki Port and the inside of the bay. There is a roadside station along the San-in Expressway and National Route 9, which translates along the coast with the San-in Main Line (do not come to eat the Sea of Japan), and you can see the signboard from the train window. Lively fresh fish are offered at a reasonable price. (Akasaki Station) is another closest station to Senjosan, a symbol of Akasaki townspeople. Senjosan is popular with mountaineering enthusiasts as the birthplace of Emperor Go-Daigo's new Kenmu Restoration, as well as the enjoyment of strolling in each season, and as a historic mountain with steep rocks. (Akasaki Station) is the gateway between the sea and the mountains.
汁	汁婆 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 瑞風が数分間、停車する駅です。ホーム内に入り写真撮影が出来ます。後方部デッキ?では旅行客の方が外へ出ているときもありますので、直接旅行客のお客様と会話も出来ます。 This is a station where Ruifu stops for a few minutes. You can enter the home and take photos. In the rear deck, tourists are sometimes outside, so they can talk directly with tourists.

From here, it is about a 15 minute walk to the Nariishi “singing stones” beach. It’s a pleasant walk, especially on a sunny day. You can also catch taxis outside the station. On a clear day, I believe there should be views of Mt. Daisen.
