もう少し考えて行動・言動をしましょう。

特に担当の伊藤さんという方は信じられない対応されますね。
問い合わせしてから待たせるだけ待たせて、メールの返信なし、電話の折り返しなし、数回後の電話で繋がっても会話中は常に半笑いと失笑対応。
物件相談で真剣に相談しようとしていたのに、あまりに半笑い対応なので、笑うところではないですよと指摘したところ、怒ってそのまま電話切られました。
あまりに質の悪い対応で流石に驚きますね。社員教育はしっかりやられた方がいいと思います。会社経営者より。

痺れを切らせて電話したら、問い合わせ物件には申し込みが入ったと…。たぶん成約したから他の人とのやり取りを打ち切ったんでしょうね。それにしても何の説明も無く無視するのはひどいと思います。
