数ある不動産の中、フットワークが軽いREVIAの担当さんに出会えて良かったです。
 I searched all day and came across a property that suits my wishes. Also, since it was a polite response, I was able to reach a contract comfortably!
I am also grateful that you answered and answered any questions after the contract!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUUMOからメールで問い合わせ、電話での問い合わせをしましたがレスポンスがとても遅いです。メールは最初はすぐに返信がありましたが(定型文だと思われます）、電話は一度も出てもらえなかったです。
3つの物件を問い合わせていましたが、メールの返事を催促しても頂けないし問い合わせ内容をちゃんと確認していないのか十分な回答も頂けなかったので、諦めて別の不動産屋さんへお願いしています。
良い物件を紹介されているのに勿体ないと感じました。
しっかりと対応をしてくれていないのを感じましたので、利用はお勧めしません。
I made inquiries by e-mail and telephone from SUUMO, but the response is very slow. At first, the email was answered immediately (it seems to be a fixed phrase), but the phone was never answered.
I was inquiring about 3 properties, but I couldn't ask for a reply to the email, and I couldn't get a sufficient answer because I didn't confirm the contents of the inquiry properly, so I gave up and asked another real estate agent. ..
I felt that it was a waste to be introduced to a good property.
I felt that they did not respond properly, so I do not recommend using it.
