鈴	鈴木一宏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テレビ朝日の『秘境路線バスに乗って飲食店を見つける旅　バスサンド」で、秋田県の生ハム工房が紹介され、そのお店が赤坂にあるということで、お邪魔しました。生ハム、絶品でした！ 36ヵ月熟成と24ヵ月熟成の両方食べました。写真の左が36ヵ月、右が24ヵ月です。前者は噛めば噛むほど旨味が、後者は直球で肉の旨味を楽しめます。本日のオススメ、田沢湖周辺で育った放牧豚の肩ロースのソテーは、サッパリとした味で、豚肉の美味しさを満喫できます。自家製ソーセージは、肉汁がジワッとしみでて、それでいて嫌な脂ではなく、サラッとした旨味です。ピクルスも肉と肉の間に食すのに最適なおつまみでした。お店の雰囲気も素敵です。カウンターもあるので、一人でも気楽に入れそうです。平日夜でもかなり混んでいるので予約はした方が良いかと思います。お料理が出るテンポも良く、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました！生ハムがあまりに美味しかったので、お土産を買いました。その場でスライスしてくれます。一両日中に食べて下さいとのことでした。赤坂周辺で、スペイン料理、生ハムを食べるなら、絶対にこちらのお店をオススメします！ On TV Asahi's “Journey to find a restaurant on an unexplored route bus @ Bus Sand”, a prosciutto ham workshop in Akita Prefecture was introduced, and I was disturbed that the shop was in Akasaka. ポ	ポリン先生 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6月終わりに利用させて頂きました。この場所で、このお値段でランチが取れるのは安いのではないかな？初めて食べた燻製沢庵は、匂いが気になりますが、食べると美味しい。豚汁もあり、これまた具沢山でお肉が一杯入ってます！燻製された生ハムも、匂いや味が慣れないと気になりますが美味しい。写真のは、36年物と24年物だったかな？中々食べられないと思いますｗ付け合わせのサラダにも、生ハムが入ってますね。ポテトサラダも美味しかった、このお値段ならお勧め。 1日10食のパエリアも有るんですが、自分はパエリアよりはとんかつ派かな。お昼は紅茶、コーヒーが無料で付いてるのでそこも良いですね。評価は、星4！お勧め出来ると思います。 We used it at the end of June.
