前菜に出たビスクスープも好きなテイスト。
牛スジのコロッケもいい感じです。

Raw french fries ? Delicious ? Exquisite fried feeling that trapped spwais.
I also like the bisque soup that comes out as an appetizer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼は「山本のハンバーグ」で夜は「俺のワイン酒場」になると言うことで、俺のワインで探して歩いていると「山本の…」に邪魔されて見付けにくい感じです。(笑)
ワインとビールとその他2.5時間飲み放題付きで5000円ならまずまず楽しめます。
地下にあるので少し湿気臭かったけど、飲み出したら気にならなくなりました。
「凄く冷たいオシボリ」は面白かったな。(笑)
カチカチに凍らせてあった。
ただ、ワインは意外と次の日に残りますね…

With wine, beer and all-you-can-drink for 2.5 hours, you can enjoy it for 5,000 yen.

家でもよく作るけど
誰かの作ったハンバーグは特に美味しいと思う！
ここは名物のハンバーグの他に馬肉も食べれます。
オードブル盛り合わせから1つ1つ丁寧に作られていて、お酒が進みます。
揚げたポテトが異常に美味しくて、
聞いたら蒸かしたじゃが芋を割って揚げて味付けしてるのだそう。
脇役では無い主役なポテトでした。
こだわりはお料理の細部まで感じれて
唐揚げと同じお皿の牛スジコロッケも印象的だった逸品。
割るとほぐされた牛スジから湯気がファ〜っと。
メインのハンバーグは粗挽きで「お肉食べてます！」って実感出来ます。
美味しかったなぁ。
お店は活気があっていい雰囲気でしたよ。
美味しいお料理とワイン おご馳走様でした。
