N	Norrie “Diamond” Henwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チェックインして部屋に入ると黒いベッドカバーの上に陰毛１本。翌日夜部屋に戻るとベッドメーキングがずさん。デスクのカップなどが入ってる引き出しが開けっぱなし。デスクの上に置かれてる色々な説明書き数枚がわたしが動かした位置でそのまんまで元の位置には戻されてなく。使ったグラスが洗われてなくしかも元の位置に戻されることもなくデスクの上に置きっ放し。さすがにフロントにクレームして確認していただきスタッフさんに部屋の交換を勧められました。しかしながらその翌日も夜部屋に戻ると今度は電気やかんが使ったそのまんま。。。。部屋の掃除度はホテルの顔とも言える大事な事です。もう少し掃除する社員の教育を徹底されては？海外ではありがちな事ですが過去に一度も日本のホテルでこんなことはなかったと思います。正直びっくりしました。フロントの担当していただいた方は大変良かったです。問題は掃除する人ですね。それを一貫教育しないホテル側にも責任があると思います。ビル自体も吹き抜けになってるので雨がすごいと廊下の手すりはかなり濡れます。雨音もうるさかった。廊下カーペット横の溝もきれいとは言えませんでした。 When I checked in and entered the room, I found a pubic hair on a black bedspread.
