レストランでは、そばクレープによる大山を形どった食事やデザート、ステンドグラス、マキストーブなどに私達は感激しました。
是非、立ち寄るべきです！
This is a nice former pension.
At the restaurant, we were impressed with the soba crepe-shaped meals, desserts, stained glass, and maki stove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ペションだった建物を2年かけて作られたというだけあって、オーナーの思いがギッシリと詰まった空間は見応えあります。
大山産のそば粉を使ったガレット、大山こむぎさんの小麦粉を使ったクレープがメイン。
今回は、いちじくのジュゼットと、焼きリンゴとブラムリージャムのクレープの二種類を頼んでみました。
いちじくのジュゼットは、ほんのりと温かいいちじくのソースがふっくらもちもちのクレープと相まって本当に美味しい♬添えてある大山乳業のアイスクリームもいちじくのソースにとてもあっています。
焼きリンゴのクレープは、イギリス生まれの青りんごのジャムがはさんであり、生のリンゴ?にきび砂糖をかけてフランベしてあります。シャキシャキしたリンゴの食感とキャラメルのほろ苦さが口の中で混じり合って、絶妙な味わいです。100円で、アイスもトッピング出来ます。
地本産の食材は新鮮で、改めて美味しさを実感しました。但し、入り口で靴を脱いでスリッパに履き替えるようになっていて、外はポカポカ陽気でも足元は寒かった。
＊感染対策のしっかりしたお店です。

This time, I ordered two types of fig jusette and crepes of grilled apple and Bramley jam.
The fig jusette is really delicious with a slightly warm fig sauce combined with a plump and chewy crepe ♬ Oyama Dairy's ice cream is also very good with the fig sauce.
The baked apple crepe is sandwiched between British-born green apple jam and flambéed with raw apple ? and acne sugar. The texture of the crispy apple and the bittersweetness of the caramel mix in the mouth, giving it an exquisite taste. You can also top with ice cream for 100 yen.
The local ingredients are fresh and I realized the deliciousness again. However, I was supposed to take off my shoes at the entrance and change to slippers, and even though it was warm and cheerful outside, my feet were cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ガレットは柔らかくふんわりとした食感でした。卵とハム、チーズの相性もよく美味しかったです。コーヒーは少し苦目で、シロップを入れると甘すぎでしたので注意が必要でした。
The galette had a soft and fluffy texture. The eggs, ham and cheese went well together and were delicious. The coffee was a bit bitter, and the syrup was too sweet, so I had to be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔あったカフェがガレットが食べれるカフェに変わってると母に言われ家族で行ってきました。喧騒から逃れたとても癒される場所にあります。室内は吹き抜けのため天井が高く、開放感があります。
ガレットもクレープももっちりしていて美味しかったです^ ^
個人的には、コロナ対策がしっかりされていたことと、トイレがと〜っても清潔感があって、気をつけているのが一目見てわかるのが好感度が高かったです^ ^またおじゃまします☆

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大山高原をドライブしてたら可愛い雰囲気のカフェを発見。玄関で靴を脱ぐシステムはペンションだった頃の名残かも。食事系のガレットから甘系のクレープもあり店名にもなってるブラムリィジャムを使った林檎のクレープとシトラスクレープシュゼット。どちらも甘すぎず甘く無さすぎず美味でした❗
