★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施設長が看護師の資格をもっていて、以前は介護についての教員をしていたこともあるとか。それがあってかとにかく入居者が普通に快適に暮らせるようなしつらえが至るところにされており、感心させられました。
最期まで暮らす場所なので「最高のおもてなし」などという高いハードルを作るのではなく、敢えて「ちょっといいかも」という方針にも納得しました。
食事も生活の大きな要素です。毎日三度の楽しみですので気を付けているそうです。
夜の食事の時間も、良くある18時からなどではなく、自分のペースで食べられるそうです。まだ出来たばかりですが、既に半数以上埋まっており、施設長の方針とスタッフが良いのだと思います。
