★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鮟鱇鍋食べました。薄口の出汁に味噌を足しての味付けです。1人前から頼めるので一人で行っても堪能できます。鮟鱇は地元産ではなく北海道産みたいですが、身はどっさり入っています。〆のぞうすいも美味しいです。高齢の夫婦が営んでいますが、とても温かみのある夫婦です。駐車場は見た感じ1台しか無かったような?
大洗駅が近いのでそちらに停めて歩いても行ける距離です。
美味しいので、ぜひ！

食べたのはもちろんあんこう鍋とその雑炊
作り方の説明を受けいざ実食
初あんこう鍋でしたが肝も磯臭さが少なく非常に美味でした
そして〆の雑炊は言わずもがな、素晴らしい逸品
一人前から注文可能で駅からも近いので機会があればまた訪れたいです

入った瞬間から温かい雰囲気の内装とオーナーさん！あたしのタイプでした！
