★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親子で営業しているラーメン屋さんで地元のお客さんがメインです。焼きぼしスープのあっさり中華そばがお気に入りで帰省した時は必ず一回は食べに行ってます。味を自分の好みに調整出来るスープの元が提供してもらえるのも嬉しいです。お帰りの歳は焼そばのテイクアウトをお忘れなくm(__)m

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店の前の駐車場がすぐいっぱいになり、中々入りにくい店。焼きそばを食した。中盛にしようと思ったが、店の人に量が多いから普通で十分といわれ断念。ただ、出てきた普通量の焼きそばは多いと思わなかったが、兎に角ほとんどが麺、野菜が殆どないので、これ以上食すと飽きるとは思った。ソースはウスターソースの味が強く、つまらない。これがこの辺りの伝統的な味付けかもしれないが、地域性を出す新たな味を求めたい。次回きたら、焼きそばは頼まないなという味だが、麺の太さは好きだ。

The sauce has a strong Worcestershire sauce taste and is boring. This may be the traditional seasoning around here, but I would like to seek a new taste that brings out regional characteristics. The next time I come, it tastes like I won't ask for yakisoba, but I like the thickness of the noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華そばを注文。事前に高橋ライクな中華だと調べていたのでどんな感じだろうと期待していきました。が、その予想は大きく上回り期待以上のクオリティにビックリしました。勝手に頑固そうなオヤジが無愛想に営業してるんだろうなって想像してたんですが入ってみると愛想の良い年配のお母さんと娘さんなのかな？この手の食堂にありがちなスープが温くて麺は伸びた感じではなく、しっかりと丼を温めてから作られた熱々スープ！麺も茹で方がジャストでこの時点で自分的合格点。スープも津軽にありがちなしょっぱくしておけば間違いねーべ的なスープではなく、足りなければ卓上のカエシを自分好みに追加するタイプ。欲を言えばもう少しチャーシューにボリュームが欲しい感はありますがコリコリの歯応えのメンマが美味しかったのでそこは良しとしておきます。焼きそばは細麺と太麺から選ぶことができ、こちらもソースが付いてきて自分好みの味にする事ができます。
つぎはメンマラーメンにしようかな?

◉黒石の温泉に行ったので３週間ぶりに平川へ足を伸ばし再訪しました。前回中華そばを食べたので今回はメンマラーメン。前回は適度な量のトッピングだったのでスープは熱々だったんですが、さすがに大量のメンマが入ると若干スープの温度が下がるのは仕方ありませんね。個人的にギリセーフだったので美味しく頂きました?半ライス！とは言えしっかり山盛りのいっぱい！???

The soup that is common in this kind of cafeteria is warm and the noodles are not stretched, but the hot soup made after the rice bowl is warmed up! Boil the noodles is just right and at this point my own passing score. If you leave the soup to Tsugaru than usual, it is not mistaken soup. If you do not have enough soup, you can add tabletop shrimp to your preference. If you say greed, there is a feeling that you want a little more volume in the char siu, but since the crunchy menma was delicious, I will leave it good. Yakisoba can be selected from thin noodles and thick noodles, and this also comes with a sauce, so you can make it your favorite taste.
Next time, let's make it Menma Ramen.

の Since I went to a hot spring in Kuroishi, I went to Hirakawa for the first time in three weeks and visited again. This time it ’s Menma ramen because I ate Chinese soba last time. The soup was hot because last time it was a moderate amount of topping, but it is inevitable that the temperature of the soup will drop slightly if a lot of menma enters. Because it was personally safe, it was delicious ? half rice! However, it is full of heaps! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャーシュー麺900円を食べました。煮干しコッテリで美味しかったです。チャーシューは、豚バラを厚めに切った歯ごたえがあり噛むほどに味がしみてきます。後はネギが乗っているだけでした。
もしかして中華そばは、わかりませんが、ネギが乗ってるだけなの？今度行けば食べてみます。
コロナで他県の方はご遠慮くださいの看板がありました。
I ate char siu noodles for 900 yen. It was delicious with dried sardines. The char siu has a chewy texture made by cutting pork belly into thick pieces, and the more you chew it, the more it tastes. All that was left was the green onions.
I don't know about Chinese noodles, but is it just green onions? I'll try it next time.
There was a signboard in Corona that people from other prefectures should refrain from doing so.

安定の美味さ！
ギリッと煮干しが効いてていくらでもすすんでしまう。
細めんなので、大盛りでもぺろっと食べてしまいます。
お店の方もいつも明るくて気持ちもいいんです。

本当に美味しい。
煮干しが苦手な連れは焼きそばをオーダー。
追いソースをとソースも持ってきてくれましたが、十分なしょっぱさ。
ボリュームもすごがったのですが、完食しました。
カウンターで販売してある、焼き鳥(皮）５本入り２５０円をテイクアウト。
自宅で食べましたがちょっとしょっぱめの味でビールが進む味でした！
