★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特殊なPCの修理でしたので、こちらのお店と、
以前利用した篠山の有名なPC修理事務所と比較検討しました。
有名な店舗の方は、何度繰り返してもPCの名前さえ聞き取ることが出来ず、触ったことがないのでまずはやってみますが、中身を見るだけでも3000円かかりますとのことでした。価格は問題なかったのですが、お忙しいようでなかなか希望日時のアポイントが取れませんでした。
こちらのお店は、お電話口がかなり高齢の男性で少しびっくりしましたが、PCの名前もすぐに理解してくださり、「裏にネジ穴があるか確認してください」「土日祝でも夜遅くても来る前に電話もらったら対応しますよ」ということでお店にお伺いしました。
お店の外観も古めの住宅で若干心配になりましたが、ほんの少しお話しただけで、素晴らしい知識と経験があることがすぐに分かりました。もとは大阪でお勤めだったそうですが、定年以降こちらの空き家だった場所でお仕事をされているのだそうです。
人もお店も見た目で判断してはいけないということを改めて勉強になりました。
これからPCのトラブルは、まずはこちらのお店に相談をしようと思います。
追伸
残念ながら価格については不明です。（高額を請求されるようには思いませんでしたが）
お店に到着し、PCを立ち上げたら故障が直っていました。不思議に思っていた私に、お店の方は故障が直った理由も丁寧に教えて下さいました。（たまたま直ったわけでないようです）
結局、PCが直ったので、修理費も相談料もお支払いしておりません。

I learned anew that neither people nor shops should judge by appearance.
From now on, if you have any problems with your PC, I'd like to talk to this shop first.

Unfortunately the price is unknown. (I didn't think you would be charged a lot)
When I arrived at the store and started up my PC, the malfunction was fixed. I was wondering, but the shop staff politely told me the reason why the failure was fixed. (It doesn't seem to have been fixed by chance)
After all, the PC has been repaired, so I haven't paid any repair or consultation fees.
