★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまりにもスタッフに知識やサービス精神が乏しくガッカリ。
電話機とインターホンが欲しくて行ったのですが、商品が2階と3階に有るので、各々その階で購入しろとの事、接続等は良く分からない⁉️と言われて、他店へ行きました。
他店(ケーズ電機)でも階は別でしたが、スタッフがちゃんと接続出来るものを選んで、会計も一緒に出来ました。

高いものを売りつけようという意識は全くなく、お客さんのニーズをちゃんとわかってくれているような接客で大変わかりやすい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リフォームのことで詳しい説明が聞きたくて店員さんに声を掛けましたが、その店員さんはリフォームのコーナーに案内してくれただけで説明するでもなく、詳しい方を呼んで来るでもなく私達が製品やカタログを見ているうちにサーッといなくなってしまいました。何度か行った事がありますが、いつ行ってもお客さんは殆どいません。
売る気無い感じだしお客さんいないのも納得のお店。
その後近くのEDION行きましたが凄く良かった
担当の方がキチンとお話聞いてくれて分かりやすく説明してくれて
あっという間に自宅を確認して見積り出す日取りまで決まりました。
見本の製品も10台くらいあったし(ヤマダは1台)高額の買い物を納得して安心して買える環境がキチンと出来ていました。
ヤマダは先ず従業員の教育から始めるべきです
