★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャーシューメンを注文。細麺ストレートにあっさりスープ。普通と真逆な組み合わせ。苦味の強いほうれん草と極普通のメンマ、刻みネギ、小さいチャーシュー8枚くらい入ってこの立地で1000円は高い。チャーシューはトロッとまではしてないが柔らかめ。800〜850円が妥当かな。
I ordered char siu men. Light soup with thin noodles straight. A combination that is the exact opposite of normal. Spinach with a strong bitterness, ordinary menma, chopped green onions, and about 8 small char siu are included, and 1000 yen is expensive at this location. The char siu isn't sloppy, but it's soft. 800-850 yen is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今までいろいろ食べてきましたがここまで残念な事はなかったです。他の方のコメントを見て来店しましたが、今日だけ作る人が違うのだろうか？というくらい何の印象にも残らない、もしくはある意味残念な印象しか残らないラーメンでした。
スープひと口飲んだら、、えっ？、、水？というくらい薄い。卓上の醤油と酢と胡椒を使って自分で味付けしました。野菜は白菜の茎が少々、イチョウの形の硬い人参、残りはキャベツ。豚の破片的な片栗粉の揚げ物。麺はスーパーでさえ見ることもなくなったくらいの特徴のまったくないフツー麺。しかも激柔らかい。茹で過ぎ。
それが税込み1000円。
ネガな事を普段あまり書きませんが、頑張って働いて稼いだ金で食べる毎度楽しみのランチが今回非常に残念な消化になり、とても悲しくなりました。なぜこんなに評価が高いのか不思議に思ったしだいでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担々麺は一級品です。最初に食べたときは感動しました。ゴマの風味と辛味がちょうどよく、満足度高いです。その他の料理もどれもとても美味しいです。ご主人が全てお一人で作られているので、混雑時には注文してからかなり待つこともありますが、それを差し引いても食べる価値のある一品です。
Dandan noodles are first-class products. I was impressed when I first ate it. The sesame flavor and spiciness are just right, and the satisfaction is high. All the other dishes are very delicious. Since the owner is all made by himself, it may take a long time to order after ordering when it is crowded, but even if it is subtracted, it is a dish worth eating.

そこそこ混んでいました。地元の人に愛されている感じがヒシヒシとしていて、本当にいい感じでした(^^)
中華やきそばを食べましたが、麺がパリパリで本当に美味しかったです！！
他のメニューもつまみ食いしましたが、本当にどれを食べても美味しかったです(^^)
周りにお店が無いので、美味しいお店で本当に良かったです。

I went for lunch on Saturday (^^)
It was pretty crowded. The feeling of being loved by the locals was so good that it was really nice (^^)
I ate Chinese fried noodles and the noodles were really delicious! !!
I ate other menus, but it was really delicious no matter what I ate (^^)
There are no shops around, so it was really nice to have a delicious shop.

安食周辺を検索していて気になったのでちょっと寄って見ました。
町中華的な感じですが本格中華的なものもあります。
麺が食べたかったのでタンタンメンを注文。餃子も一緒に。
もちろん酒も飲みたいのでタルハイで。
餃子は4個ですが思ったよりも皮がモチモチでしかも中身がぎっしりと入っていて美味しかったです。
タンタンメンも美味しかったです。本当はミソタンタンメンを頼みたかったのですが売り切れでした。
少し提供時間が遅かったので待ちくたびれました。

It feels like Chinese food in town, but there are also authentic Chinese food.
I wanted to eat noodles, so I ordered Tantanmen. With dumplings.
Of course I want to drink alcohol, so go to Talhai.
There were 4 dumplings, but the skin was more chewy than I expected, and the contents were tightly packed, which was delicious.
Tantanmen was also delicious. I really wanted to order miso tan tanmen, but it was sold out.
I was tired of waiting because the delivery time was a little late.

特に餃子は、想像よりふた周りくらい大きくてジューシーです。
写真のラーメンはねぎラーメン。ねぎの辛味が良いアクセントのクセになる味。
坦々麺もクリーミーなコクがあってとてもお気に入り。
お店の外観は昔ながらのお店。中に入るとリフォームされていてシンプルな清潔感。お座敷もあるので、ゆっくりすることもできる。

コメントではねぎラーメンと餃子についてしか書いてませんが、他のメニューとてもおいしいです(*´༥` *)

Especially dumplings are bigger and juicy around the lid than I imagined.
The ramen in the photo is green onion ramen. The spicy taste of green onions is a addictive taste.
Tantan noodles also have a creamy richness and are my favorite.
The appearance of the shop is old-fashioned. Once inside, it is reformed and has a simple cleanliness. There is also a tatami room, so you can relax.
