カツ丼は600円で、白菜のお漬物と赤だし付きのセットで750円。
豚肉は冷凍は使わないで、ちゃんと生のお肉を厚すぎず、薄すぎず、カツ丼にぴったりな厚みに店内で切っていて、揚げたてで衣はサックリ、肉汁はジューシーに仕上げておられます。出汁も添加物は使わずに、いい昆布とカツオでちゃんと取っているからでしょうか、カツとたっぷりのフワとろ玉子とご飯を絶妙なバランスでまとめてくれています。この価格でこの味と満足感…十分だと思います。
