カラーもいつも写真を持参しますが、気に入った色に仕上げてくれます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感染対策はできていると思いますが、徹底してマスクを外さないようにしているようなので、初めての来店でも顔全体を見ずにヘアスタイルを決めるのは疑問です。
顔型や雰囲気は施術に必要な情報だと思いますが…。
お店のオペレーションとしては重要なカットのみ指名の担当者が施術してくれます。
その他のカラー、シャンプー、トリートメントに関しては別の方が担当してくれるのですが、技術的には合格点に達していません。
それなりに金額が高いので残念です。
