お	おおいしますみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホットペッパーで『ヘアセット＋集中ホームケアトリートメント付』を予約して行きました。評価の理由 ①予約して行ったのに、ホームケアセットは本日分在庫が切れたので渡せないけど、ホットペッパーからの予約だから、代金はそのままになると言われました→おかしいと言ったら、しぶしぶトリートメントなしの料金にしますと言われました。意味がわからない。 ②無愛想、いらっしゃいませの言葉なし、待たされました。 ③ヘアセットが崩れ、式の終わりまで持ちませんでした。以上の理由でこの評価です。本当に不快でした。結婚式に出席するたびにこのことが忘れられず、トラウマになったので投稿します。 I made a reservation for "Hair set + intensive home care treatment" with hot pepper. m	motsu nikomi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日伺いました。事前予約でも、直接でも「すかないで欲しい、重みを残して欲しい」とお伝えしたのに、アイロンで巻けないくらいすかれました。ヒアリングの際、髪型を一から聞かれた時に、「あー、事前予約の要望の欄一切見ていないんだな」と思い、急速に不安になったのを覚えています。現状、普通に乾かすだけだと広がってしまいます。前髪も「伸ばしている」旨を伝えたのに、何故か眉毛ギリギリまで切られました。本当に訳がわかりません。私の伝え方が悪かったのでしょうか。ずっと伸ばしていて、久しぶりにカラーしたくて伺ったのに、カットでここまでされるとは思いませんでした。他の美容院でまた切り直しますので、返金の対応をしていただきたいです。もう二度と行きません。
