オイル交換、車検で毎回利用しているが、受付スタッフ、サービスフロントスタッフとも、ちゃんと顧客の名前と顔を覚えているのがわかる。
といって、過干渉や馴れ合いが無い、なあなあも無い。
地味だけどプロの対応だなあ、といつも思う。
車の出来は正直なところ、7―80点ラインなのに、圧倒的なユーザーがいるのは、顧客への販売店の対応と、サービス網の強さがあるからだと感じる。
営業マンの熱心さは…嫁さんが辟易するくらい、ご立派です(;^_^A
I think the staff are really Toyota-affiliated stores.
I use it every time for oil change and vehicle inspection, but I can see that both the reception staff and the service front staff remember the customer's name and face properly.
However, there is no over-interference or familiarity, and there is no such thing.
It's sober, but I always think it's a professional response.
To be honest, I feel that the reason why there are overwhelming users even though the car is on the 7-80 point line is because of the dealer's response to customers and the strength of the service network.
The salesman's enthusiasm is so good that his wife is overwhelmed (; ^ _ ^ A)

雰囲気が違いましたね。
挨拶が無くなってしまったのは残念です。
スタッフさんの説明も不十分。
新しいモデルが出たら勉強をして、お客さんに対して、前モデルとの変更点を説明して欲しかった。
乗ってない、見てないからわからない。

と回答いただいても、はぁ～?としか言えない。
今後このお店で購入したいと思わなくなりました。
