他にも同じ様に被害にあわれた方が多くいるみたいです。
これから買う人は安いからといってここでは辞めた方がいいです。
本当です。泣き寝入りです。
私は買う前に伊藤社長が
自社整備工場で (1ヶ月納車で)
車を安心に走る状態にして車検を通して渡すという事だったので買いました。
1ヶ月がたち連絡も一切無く、、、
問い合わせしたら、「やっていますから。。。」
2ヶ月が立ち連絡も一切無く、、、
問い合わせしたら 「やっていますから。。。」
なんの説明もなく
結局、納車してもらったのが
8ヶ月後でした。
どういう事ですか？
車の部品を海外から取り寄せても1、2ヶ月だと思います。(説明もない)
どうして8ヶ月もかかるか聞いたら逆ギレされました。
納車時点で、車はオイル漏れで走れませんでした。
問い合わせしたら、「うちでは修理出来ない」と言われました。
まだ1回も乗っていないのに。。。
なおすなら追加料金がいると言われました。
知り合いの車屋に持って行ったら
ひどい状態だったみたいです。
民間の無理やり車検を通した感じで、
ライトも付かない、サイドミラーは
外れていて走れない状態でした。
東名モータースで、
車検を通してもらうのに、
30万近く支払いしたのに、
何もしてもらっていませんでした。
謝りも一切なく、こんな対応で残念です。
知り合いの車屋に走れる状態にするには
60万ぐらい費用がかかると言われました。。
ちょっとヒドくないですか。。。
もう二度と東名モータースでは車を買いません。。
本当泣き寝入りです。
ただ普通に、
車を気持ちよく買いたかっただけなのに。。。

I think it takes a month or two to get a car part from overseas. (No explanation)
When I asked why it would take 8 months, I was struck by the opposite.
At the time of delivery, the car was unable to run due to an oil leak.
When I contacted, I was told, "I can't repair it."
I haven't boarded it yet. .. ..
I was told that there would be an additional charge to do so.

I didn't do anything.
