P	Przemek Ś. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tasty and cheap set meals. They have regular menu with the 'todays special' which is changed every day and cost as little as 500yen. Staff is very kind at the second floor there is a japanese style room so be sure to take your shoes off before going upstairs

We ate fried rice, chicken, spring rolls, miso soup, shrimps, dumplings...everything was delicious and really cheap and the service is amazing, both mother and son are really nice, friendly and welcoming. The next morning the son brought a sweater that I left at the restaurant to the airbnb. I really appreciate that, it was very kind. So our last night at Kyoto we went back to have dinner, it was so good we had to repeat! 100% recommended.

Both with big smiles welcoming us, a family of five, with two small children. We were guided to the second floor where they had four floor tables, perfect when with kids. The son quickly came and showed us a menu with pictures, he also speak good English. All the dishes we tried were kid friendly and tasted excellent.

Besides curry rice, gyoza, chick wings. They are all good and affordable for daily meals. The place run by a mother as the chef and the son. Very friendly people. They also has tatami style at the second floor. A place run by beautiful hearts.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. As they saw us struggle with a menu, they kindly offered us pictures of the food to help us order. We ordered a variety of items, and they all were delicious! Cooked right in front of us, you can tell the food was fresh and made with love. I would highly recommend this place to any tourists in the Kyoto area! You won't be disappointed.
