速	速水もこみぢ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酒を飲んでいればこその別格のらーめんと言える。つまり、ただ食事としてのらーめんよりは、シメの一杯にはもってこいなスペシャルな一杯と言う事です。しょっぱい訳では無いけど、とんこつも丁寧に臭みが出ないように煮出してあり、スープも最後まで飲めます。と言うか、最後の一滴まで飲み干したい味してます。先ほど酒の後が良いと言ったのは、麺が他より少量なので、替え玉か、もしくは最初から大盛りを頼んだ方が良いと思えたからです。でも屋台風な訳ですから、店の雰囲気もあり、大通りで酒飲んだ後にこの場所覚えてしまったら、最後のシメに、ここに寄る回数増えそうです。 If you drink alcohol, you can say that it is a special ramen.
