も	もーりー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 須坂で買い物をしていた時に近場だったので入店。囲炉裏と調度品があり店内の雰囲気が良い。蕎麦は二八蕎麦か十割蕎麦を選べるので好みで選択出来るが、十割ざる蕎麦1,000円(税別)と周辺の店よりも少し高め。蕎麦は悪くないのだがカエシの出汁が薄くて旨味が無くただ甘塩っぱい。食べ進めて味が薄まっても、蕎麦徳利が無いから薄まった味を埋められない。そば茶も他店よりも薄い。何となく入店したので失敗感は薄いが、選択肢は他にあるので二度は無いかな。 When I was shopping at Suzaka I entered because I was nearby.
