★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10割そばで軽い食事のつもりが結構ボリュームがあり鴨肉が分厚くネギも香ばし。出汁も普通に飲めるくらい美味しいそば湯も濃厚だが美味しかった。
 The intention is to have a light meal with 100% buckwheat noodles, but the duck meat is thick and the green onions are fragrant. The soup stock was so delicious that you could drink it normally, but the soba hot water was rich but delicious.

香り・コシ・やはり十割蕎麦は美味しい。
かき揚げ天ざるを注文しましたが、ナス・ニンジン・レンコンも天ぷらで付いてました。
窓際の席は宮津湾も見れます。
この時期(コロナ禍)なので、席毎にカーテンで仕切られてました。
How many years has it been? ❓ I visited after a long time.
The aroma, elasticity, and 100% buckwheat noodles are delicious.
I ordered Kakiage Tenzaru, but eggplant, carrot, and lotus root were also included in the tempura.
You can also see Miyazu Bay from the window seats.
Since it was this time of year (corona sickness), each seat was separated by a curtain.

エビ天以外にもお野菜の天ぷらがあり、副菜にもずく、おそばの中にはごぼう・ねぎがたっぷり入っていて食べ応え十分でした。本当にこのお値段でいいのでしょうか…、というコスパ満点メニュー。そばは文句なくおいしいです。
そば湯、今まで食べてきた蕎麦屋さんの中で1番美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か前を通る度、気になっていたのですが駐車場が実質道路脇。しかも3台程度しか停められないため、毎回通り過ぎていました。
が、今回はこちらを目的にやって来ました。本当は冷たいお蕎麦を頂くべきですが、寒い日でしたので暖かいかき揚げのお蕎麦をいただきました。
暖かいお蕎麦であっても天婦羅は別添えで、抹茶塩が添えられ、だし汁と塩の２つの方法で楽しめました。また、蕎麦の器にも隠し味がいっぱい。大変美味しくいただきました。
暖かいお蕎麦の注文でしたが最後に蕎麦湯しかもだし汁も添えられ、大変満足でした。
次は冷たいお蕎麦を是非いただきたいと思います。

Even if it is warm soba, tempura is attached separately, and matcha salt is added, so you can enjoy it in two ways: soup stock and salt. In addition, the soba bowl is full of hidden flavors. It was very delicious.
I ordered warm soba, but at the end I was very satisfied with the soba hot water and soup stock.
Next time, I would like to have cold soba noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天の橋立方面から伊根町方面に向かう途中に有る当店。十割蕎麦と天ぷらが頂けるとの事で旅の途中に来店してみました。私は天ぷら蕎麦(冷たい:1500円)を注文しましたが､天ぷら(海老2、魚、ナス、山菜、蓮根、竹輪)、十割蕎麦(普通にしては多め)、薬味(大根おろし、ネギ、ワサビ、抹茶塩)、お茶受け(昆布佃煮)となっています。最後に蕎麦湯に薬味が提供されます。美味しかったです?。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ グランピングの翌日に笠松公園を観光した後、お昼ご飯に立ち寄りました。お蕎麦はつなぎを使わず、本格蕎麦の味が楽しめます。
メニュー名は忘れましたが、大エビ２匹▪穴子▪ししゃも▪レンコン▪かぼちゃ▪茄子▪いんげん豆▪ふきのとう▪椎茸とボリューム満点でした。最後の蕎麦湯は柚子が入っていて大変美味しかったです。
After sightseeing in Kasamatsu Park the day after the glamping, we stopped by for lunch. You can enjoy the taste of authentic soba without using a binder.
I forgot the menu name, but two big shrimp ▪ Conger eel ▪ Shishamo ▪ Lotus root ▪ Pumpkin ▪ Eggplant ▪ Green beans ▪ Fukinoto ▪ Shiitake mushrooms and volume. The last soba hot water contained yuzu and was very delicious.
