店員は常に忙しい雰囲気だから、
ちゃんと話しかけて、対応してほしいことを伝えないとほったらかし状態。
ちゃんとお願いすれば、すごくしっかり対応してくれる。

購入しようとした自転車について質問しても「あ〜はい。」落ちない傷について質問しても「落ちないっすね〜」客をナメてますね^^
あまりに不愉快だったので違うスタッフに対応を変わって貰いました。
どんな教育してるんですかね^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車のブレーキパットの交換をお願いしました。交換する前に、自分でやった時の値段や、手順などを聞いても、親切に説明をしてくれました。ブレーキパットの調整が難しそうなので、お願いをしました。普通の店ならブレーキパットだけの交換ですが、それ以外にも、空気圧の調整、オイルの点検、ハンドルの清掃など、他店にはない気配りに、プロ意識の高さを感じました。たぶん、イオンの接客法というよりかは、担当してくれた人柄の良さだったと感じています。心暖まる対応に、久しぶりにいい店を見つけたなと思いました。何かあったときには、次もぜひ行きます。
