★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員に声をかけて初めて順番に対応してるので名前を書いてお待ちください。初めから入り口に番号札用意しておけよ。自転車を買いに来たのに60分以上待って最悪だよ。ダイワサイクルで購入すれば良かった。
Please call the clerk and respond in order, so please write your name and wait. Please prepare a number tag at the entrance from the beginning. It's the worst I've been waiting for over 60 minutes since I came to buy a bicycle. I should have bought it at Daiwa Cycle.

今まで良く自転車のパーツ購入や店頭も見て回ったりしたが今回ではっきりした。修理依頼をして見積もりを出してもらったのだが、その見積もりはあくまでも予想。見積書をみてAmazon等でパーツを揃えパーツ持ち込みで組み立てて貰おうと自転車を預けた、取り付けだけだから2、3日程度で終わると聞いていて、待つこと5日…痺れを切らして電話するとパーツが合わなくて組み込めなかった、現段階で他のパーツを探していた、など色々言われた末、パーツ持ち込みで来られた方は自己責任などと言われる始末…。嫌気がさして店を変えた。元からあまり店員などの態度もよく感じていなかった。ここには二度と行かないと思う。

I used to buy bicycle parts and look around the store, but this time it became clear. I made a repair request and got an estimate, but the estimate is just an estimate. Looking at the quotation, I got the parts on Amazon etc. and left the bicycle to have them assembled by bringing in the parts, I heard that it will be completed in a couple of days because it is only installation, wait 5 days ... After being told various things such as not being able to install it because it did not fit, looking for other parts at this stage, etc., those who came by bringing in parts are said to be at their own risk. I was disgusted and changed the store. From the beginning, I didn't really feel the attitude of the clerk. I don't think I'll ever go here again.
