I only had a drink, the price for the cocktails was good and it was well prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great views overlooking the river. Limited English, but they make the effort to accommodate non-Japanese speakers. Very friendly and they serve non-Japanese food if you want something different. Window seats have a time limit and they allow smoking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice atmosphere! The restaurant has seats overlooking the kamogawa river but is in the more affordable price range. Their fried avocado was surprisingly good! And they have super fruity cocktails that girls would love. I will definitely come back to show some visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Great view. Great atmosphere. We only had dessert tonight but was surprised, when we read the menu, that most things are reasonably priced. Not cheap but still affordable and definitely worth it for the atmosphere and view.
