★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マンションの更新料が上がるタイミングで、こちらのお店にお願いしました。質問等に対するレスが早く、また想定され得るリスクや客側のデメリットを事前にお伝え戴けたのでとても安心でした。更に内見時に気になった点もその場で管理会社に交渉して下さり、全て解消して下さいました。正直、予想以上の完璧な対応だったので知人の息子さんを紹介しましたが、知人からも凄く感謝されわざわざ菓子折り迄ご持参戴く程でした。客側の真剣度に応じた対応をして下さるお店ではないかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 実際、紹介はしてもらってませんが内見したいと言うと出来るけど時期を逆算してからになる、内見を早めるのだったら契約日も早くなりますが良いですか？と聞かれ不快な気持ちになりました。
別に冷やかしでもなく引っ越しを検討していて早くて年内、遅くて年明けと言ったのに今月内見出来ないとか驚きです。早くて11月下旬、もしくは12月と言われました。
コロナ禍もあるのでと言われましたが今更ですよね？契約日早くなりますがとか言われ必ず契約しないといけないような雰囲気なのも嫌な感じがしました。良い物件が見つかれば引越ししますが、違うなぁと思えば違う物件を見ようとするのは当たり前じゃないのかと。家賃って固定費なので安くもないし大事な住まいなのに内見をしたら必ず御社で契約しないといけないの？
早い人は早めに行動するもんだと思ってましたが私が非常識なのでしょうか。
前、不動産で働いていましたがここ見たい！と言って断ったことなんか無いですよ。他の不動産会社では言われたことがありません。
