Mr. Murakami, who was in charge, responded sincerely from the beginning to the end. Even though I asked a lot of questions, all my anxieties were resolved thanks to the polite answers one by one. Highly recommended!

Although my Japanese is business level now and I have no trouble communicating with the staff, when I first came to Japan with very poor Japanese, the staff used very easy to understand vocabulary and thoroughly guided me through everything. They dont discriminate against foreigners like some other Real estate agents I've visited. Will recommend if you are considering living around the Nakano/Shinjuku area. You can also contact them regarding other apartments listed in other real estate agents and they will try to get in contact with that landlord and try to process you through their company (which I highly recommend as some other real estate agents can be really shady).
