あ	ああ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方は良い体験をされている方が多そうなので、私に何か原因があったのかもしれませんが、私は非常に馬鹿にされた気分になりました。まず、ありがちですが、「仲介手数料を安くする」と言われたため契約を決めましたが、何事もなかったかのように対応されました。そんなことなら最初から無責任な発言はしない方がいいかと思います。ただの嘘です。また、契約後のライフライン説明で「中部電力の電話番号である」と言って、HPに料金説明もない新電力会社の電話番号を伝えられました。何度も確認したうえで言い切られた為、伝えられた電話番号に連絡するもやはり中部電力ではなかったです。不審に思い、担当者にその事について私が尋ねると雑な対応をされましたが、親が尋ねたところ、態度が一変し低姿勢になりました。私が若いからか分かりませんが、相手によって態度を変えるのはいかがなものかと思います。この対応が担当者個人の特徴なのか、店舗全体の方針なのか、会社の方針なのかはわかりませんが、こういう対応をする担当者もいます。店長さんの対応は丁寧でした。 Others seem to have had a good experience, so maybe I had something wrong, but I felt very ridiculous.
