★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は諏訪の仲介業者を3件ほど巡ったのですが、どこも対応は丁寧でした。ただ、他の店は謎の除菌代や高めの保証人会社料や無駄に高い消火器などを付け加えてくるのに対し、こちらの店は敷金礼金ゼロの物件が多く、その他の初期費用も安めでした。
また、除菌や消火器など付けなくてもよいオプションを無理強いすることもなく、つけたい人だけつけたら良いというスタンスで話してくれたので、話がスムーズに進みました。
物件の候補もたくさん見せてくれた中で選べました。またその際、物件の良い点だけでなく悪い点もしっかり話してくれるので、信頼できるし選ぶ方としてもメリットとデメリットを比べたうえで選べたので助かりました。
とっても満足しています！今後も諏訪市内で引っ越すことがあれば頼らせていただきます！＾＾
