★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約した時と全く違う場所に駐車場を設置された。しかも契約上話されていない事もあり、対応が最悪だった。二度と利用したくありません。

物件数も多いみたいでその点は不自由しません。
さすが長野県ナンバーワンの不動産屋さんだけあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低です。入居時に設備の説明で嘘をつかれ退去では高額な請求をされました。ミニミニは２度と利用しない。おすすめもしない。知り合いが利用しようとしたら全力で止める。
It is the lowest. When I moved in, I was told a lie in the description of the facilities and was billed expensive when I left. Mini Mini is never used again. I do not recommend it. If your acquaintance tries to use it, stop it with all your might.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居前に受けた説明と入居後の部屋の状態で違う部分があった。
加えて、ミニミニと部屋の管理を請け負っている委託会社との間で連携がとれていないため、問題解決のためにそれぞれに同じ話を何度もしなければならなかった。
対応自体は丁寧で好感が持てたが、もう一度利用したいとは思えない。
There was a difference between the explanation I received before moving in and the state of the room after moving in.
In addition, because mini-mini and the contracting company that manages the room are not linked, we had to repeat the same story to solve each problem.
The response was polite and positive, but I don't think I'd use it again.
