M	M B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 忙しいのか知りませんが対応は良くありません。先日静岡市内で物件を借りましたが入居日に部屋を歩くと足が真っ黒になり洗面台などはよくわからない黄色い液が、部屋には砂みたいなのが散乱していました。案の定ルームクリーニングはされておらず、入居して2日後にクリーニング業者が来る始末。物を運び入れていたので一旦業者の方にはお引き取り願いました。不動産屋の手違いなので連絡させますと業者の方から伺っていたにも関わらず不動産屋からはなんの連絡もありません。入居してかなりの箇所の壁紙が浮いていることに気がつき連絡をすると入居後には直せませんと。それに営業の方からこの辺りは静かでと伺っていましたが周辺に家族が多いのか早朝から晩まで叫び声や怒鳴り声、走り回る音など子供だからしょうがないとは思いつつもさすがに落ち着いて生活ができる環境ではありません。この辺りでは高額な家賃の物件で初期費用もかなりの額を払っているのにこの対応ですか... 今回の件でこちらの仲介業者さんは信用できません。もう絶対に使いません。追記:しばらく住んで物件のことで相談の連絡をしたところ数週間メールの返信はありませんでした。その後、担当者が産休に入ったので変わりの者ですと連絡がきましたが、適当に仕事をしてるなと感じました。呆れます。 I do not know if I am busy, but it is not good.
