★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居後すぐに不具合が次から次へと出てきました。
店長が出してくれた見積もりと担当の主任が最終的に送ってきた請求額との金額が違い困りました。店長と主人は連携取れてないため、こちらが一から説明しなければ契約が進みませんでした。時間も手間も労力もかかりました。
引越し当日、電球、蛍光灯がつかない、古いシャワーカーテンの輪っかが30個くらいつけっぱなし、浴槽には毛が落ちている、などなどため息が出ることが多々ありました。さらに入居2日目にはお湯が出なくなりました。給湯器の不具合でガス会社の方には取り替えたほうがいいと言われました。さらにさらに数日後、トイレを流すと水漏れ。
もうあたまおかしくなりそうでした。店舗に連絡しても担当の主任とは丸一日連絡つかないし、まともに話を聞いてくれないし、謝罪も一回も無しでした。店長も話になりません。本部に問い合わせてやっと話が進みました。
そして昨日、1ヶ月経とうという時にまた給湯器がおかしくなり風呂に入れず本当迷惑です。家賃の値下げも受け入れないし何も詫びてこない、本当けちで適当すぎる会社だと思いました。
これから新生活始まる皆様には他の不動産屋へ行くことを心からお勧めします。

I was in trouble because the amount of the quote given by the store manager and the amount finally sent by the manager in charge were different. Since the store manager and the owner cannot cooperate with each other, the contract could not proceed unless we explained from the beginning. It took time, effort and effort.
On the day of the move, I often sighed, such as the light bulbs and fluorescent lights not turning on, about 30 old shower curtain rings left on, and hair falling in the bathtub. Furthermore, hot water did not come out on the second day of moving in. Due to a malfunction of the water heater, the gas company told me that it should be replaced. A few more days later, when I flushed the toilet, water leaked.
It was going to be crazy. Even if I contacted the store, I couldn't contact the chief in charge for a whole day, didn't listen to me properly, and never apologized. The store manager doesn't even talk. I contacted the headquarters and finally the talk went on.
And yesterday, when one month passed, the water heater went wrong again and I couldn't take a bath, which was a real nuisance. I didn't accept the reduction of rent and didn't apologize for anything, so I thought it was a really stingy and too appropriate company.
We sincerely recommend that everyone who is starting a new life go to another real estate agent.
