★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ねこさんに同感です。関西で近鉄といえば、少しは信用できる会社かと思っていたら、失礼な社員のいる、いい加減な会社でした。とても迷惑しました。
I agree with the cat. If you think Kintetsu is a company you can trust a bit in Kansai, it was a sloppy company with rude employees. I was very annoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一言で言うと接客もまともにできない、やる気のない会社です。問い合わせしても親切な対応どころか高飛車な言い方、調べて折り返し電話すると言いつつ折り電もしてこない。電話がないので催促の電話を入れるとそんな電話は受けてないと言い出す始末。近鉄ということでしっかりとした対応…せめて普通の対応をしてくれると思ってましたが期待外れでした。こういう会社がマンションのアフターフォローをすると分かっていたら購入しませんでした。
In a word, it is an unmotivated company that cannot serve customers properly. Even if I make an inquiry, it is not a kind response, but rather a high-flying way of saying, I will look it up and call back, but I will not call back. I don't have a phone, so when I make a reminder call, I say that I haven't received such a call. Kintetsu is a solid response ... I thought it would be a normal response at least, but it was disappointing. I didn't buy it if I knew that such a company would follow up on the condominium.
